These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of luawell.com (the “Site”) and any products you purchase through it. The Site is operated by PWH LLC (“Lua,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Lua products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and none of our products are a substitute for, alternative to, or enhancement of GLP-1 receptor agonist medication or any other prescription medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, particularly if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication (including GLP-1 medications), or managing a medical condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — if we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full card number.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring order, your card will be charged automatically on each billing cycle until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime from your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t refund past ones.

Intellectual property
Everything on this Site — text, graphics, logos, product formulations, and design — belongs to PWH LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PWH LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, like liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
