Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order or create an account. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.

Order and fulfillment data: to ship your order, we share your name, address, and order contents with our fulfillment partner (Supliful).
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and customer support
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — if you opt in — occasional emails about new products or promotions
- To keep your cart and account working correctly across visits
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
